By completing a purchase you are agreeing to all terms and policies listed on this page. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.
• ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
*Please allow 3-5 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the shipping process will go into effect. During high sale times and holiday seasons, it may take up to 7-9 business days for standard processing. Our business days are Monday- Friday, we ship Monday-Friday.
*We do NOT ship internationally.
*All prices are listed in USD.
*We are unable to make any adjustments, or additions to orders after they have been submitted. No exceptions.
*We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted
*Forever James Boutique does not guarantee the stock of any item
*Orders cannot be combined.

We currently offer $6.49 flat rate shipping or free standard shipping for all U.S. orders of $75+.

*It may take 48-72 hours for you to receive a confirmation email that your package has left our facility, not counting weekends or holidays.
*Forever James Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when there is a notice of delivery.
*Forever James Boutique is not responsible for the receipt of the shipping confirmation email.
Missing Package:
• Please allow 24 hours from the time that USPS shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive.
• If 24 hours have passed since USPS tracking shows it as delivered, and your package has still not arrived, please reach out to your local post office to ask for geolocation information. This geolocation will show the last place that your package was scanned in by USPS. If the package has been delivered incorrectly, USPS should attempt to recover the package.
• Please reach out to our customer service team via email, within 5 days of the tracking showing that your package has been delivered, with your geolocation information, so that we may further assist.
• It is our policy to issue replacements for lost orders.
If you have had an order that shows as delivered in the past and this is your second lost package we will forward you to a manager for assistance in filing a claim with USPS.
• If a package is not delivered due to the incorrect address being provided to Forever James Boutique at the time of purchase, Forever James Boutique is not liable for the missed delivery.
• If an order lost by USPS is over $200, an email will be sent for address verification before shipping any future orders.
RETURN POLICY:
By purchasing from us you are agreeing with the following terms:

-Returns are accepted for credit ONLY! Which will be sent in a coupon code via email.
-Damages and missing items should be reported within 72 hours from the date of delivery
-The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned items. Please keep your tracking number to help our team provide an estimate of when your credit will be processed
-Once received, please allow 24 hours for approval. Once approved returns will be processed within 3-5 business days.
-Returns are subject to review. We are not able to accept items that have been worn or washed, are missing tags (if applicable), have any detectible odor, or have pet hair
-Shoes must be returned in the original box and placed in an additional package for shipment. Do not add tape, shipping label, or any other markings to the original shoe box. Doing so will cause your return to be subject to a restocking fee. A restocking fee is 15% of the item.
-FINAL SALE items (such as clearance or sale price) are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
